- Technical background in chemistry, oceanography, and geochemistry
- Expertise on environmental cycling of contaminants
- Works in close association with several academic institutions for collaborative research and development
- Recently involved in industry/government-funded research of pit lake physics and chemistry aimed at converting such systems into passive bioremediation facilities for the treatment of metal-contaminated waters.
